Aluminized film transfer methodAt present, China has produced vacuum aluminized film and composite packaging materials, but due to the lack of raw materials, the development is relatively slow, and the application range is not wide. Therefore, actively promoting the vacuum aluminum plating technology of the transfer method, expanding the use of the substrate and reducing the cost of packaging materials is of great significance for the development of China's packaging industry and narrowing the gap with developed countries. Transfer vacuum aluminum plating is a new process developed on the basis of vacuum aluminum plating technology and equipment. The production process can be divided into the following steps: 1. Applying a separating agent to the carrier film; the carrier film is generally a biaxially oriented polyfluorene film (BoPET) and a biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BoPP). 2. Direct vacuum aluminum plating. Vacuum aluminum plating is performed on the surface of the carrier film coated with the separating agent, and the aluminum plating method and technology are substantially the same as those of the existing aluminum plating equipment in China. 3. The surface of the carrier film is coated with a binder and then compounded with other substrates. The composited material is then dried by a drying oven. 4. Hierarchical transfer. After drying, since the aluminum plating layer on the carrier and the substrate are firmly bonded together, the aluminum plating film is separated again (the aluminum film in the aluminum plating film is separated from the film, and the aluminum film and the carrier film are firmly bonded). It can be obtained by transfer vacuum aluminum plating (a more environmentally friendly and cheaper package that can replace aluminum foil and plastic film). Of course, if the desired color is applied after the separating agent has dried, the final product is also colored. |
